EXPERIENCE

Anthony Castelli has practiced civil trial practice law for over 35 years.He has handled thousands of cases ranging from the auto accident "whiplash" injury to auto accident and product liability wrongful death claims. He also has significant mediation experience having attended the week long Harvard Program on Negotiation. He now serves on the mediation panel for Butler County Common Pleas , Warren County Common Pleas, and Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas and does private mediations as well, He has been chair person for the Cincinnati Bar Associatio Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group for 2020.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

Anthony Castelli received a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He worked on the streets of Cincinnati as a social worker helping abused and neglected children until he followed his dream of going to law school in 1976 at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, receiving his JD from there in 1981. Anthony Castelli went to law school in the evenings while working as a law clerk during the day for the firm in which he eventually became a Partner. The firm disbanded in 1998 due to the heart attack of one of the Partners. Mr. Castelli then started his own law firm as a solo practitioner. As a greater Cincinnati personal injury lawyer he has handled hundreds of personal injuries from car accident, to dog bites and product liability. He was admitted as an attorney in Ohio in 1981.

TEACHING

Anthony Castelli has taught Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys in the areas of Evidence in Trial Practice and Trial of Personal Injury Case and Mediation.

FAMILY AND COMMUNITY

The two most important things in Anthony's life are his family and his clients.

Anthony enjoyed  coaching boys and girls basketball for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and St. Andrew's grade schools. He also taught introduction to basketball to first and second grade boys and girls. Anthony gives talks on the law to local area students.

He was a past member of the Board of trustees of Power Inspires Progress and past Board of Trustee for the Serenity House. He has appeared on the local news and TV show and has been a radio show host of a popular Cincinati motorcycle radio show. In his spare time he rides a Harley Dyna Low Rider.
