Please know that I cannot ethically guarantee a result in any case nor can I guarantee that I can recover anything for you. I do guarantee to fight with all my heart for you.

Here are some of the things that we do in order to fulfill our mission of getting you everything you deserve:

Personal Injury Case/Car, Truck or Motorcycle Accident Case

We must prove that the other party is at fault. This involves prompt investigation of your case, preserving evidence and identifying and interviewing witnesses. In some cases we may hire experts to evaluate the fault and cause of an accident.

We also must prove that your injury was caused by the event in question. This not only involves documenting the physical facts of your accident and the way it occurred but also the medical evidence in your case must be gathered and evaluated.

Often we get special reports from your doctors stating that your injury was caused by the accident in question.

We are here to guide you every step of the way. Any questions you have are answered.

We strive to understand how your injury has affected your life, your activities and what you have lost.

We gather your medical bills and document any lost time from work.

We want to know and show how your life has been affected by your injury in any aspect.

We get documentation of what the future holds for you. Once we have all the evidence and have a good idea of your future, we are then in a position to evaluate your case. There are many factors that go into the evaluation of your case and we will be glad to explain them to you when we sit down with you.

We search out all sources of insurance coverage, whether it be sources from the person that caused your injury or sources that you have available to you.

We prepare a complete book of all important exhibits and send a settlement brochure to the insurance company with a dollar amount of settlement.

We negotiate back and forth on your behalf and if we can agree with the insurance company on a fair amount your case will be concluded by settlement. If we cannot agree we will file a lawsuit on your behalf.

Depending on the case, we may hire expert witnesses such as accident reconstruction experts, economists, vocational rehabilitation specialists, videographers and photographers to full document your injury and the affect upon your life. I have a registered nurse case manager on staff who obtains and reviews your medical records.

We will completely review the settlement demand with you and get your approval before we send it to the insurance company. If we file a lawsuit that does not mean that your case will proceed to trial. Most cases do not end up in trial. However, we prepare every case as if it were going to trial, because we are then prepared for any eventuality. This puts the most pressure on the insurance company to make a reasonable offer.

Once the lawsuit starts there is written exchange of information. Then your statement is normally taken under oath. This is called a deposition. I will prepare you for the deposition and be there with you. We also may take depositions of important witnesses and certainly the defendant in the case.

At some point, we may try an alternative dispute resolution process called mediation. Mediation is where a neutral party tries to help the parties come to a reasonable settlement. There is no testimony taken at a mediation and a mediator cannot force a settlement, they can only facilitate it.

If we still cannot reach an agreement, your case will proceed to trial. It may or may not settle just prior to trial. If your case is not settled we will be fully prepared for a jury trial.

Those are just some of the things we do in pursuit of your goal to get you full and fair compensation.
