You should know that the initial consultation with me is at no cost and no obligation to you. If we decide to work together I do not get paid until I recover money for you. This is called a contingency fee. Usually, for personal injury cases the fee is 1/3 of the gross amount recovered. Depending on the facts of the case, the fee may be higher or lower.

No fees are taken out the recovery for damages to your motor vehicle or other property damage.

I usually advance all or most of the expenses of the litigation. Any litigation expenses that I advance are paid back out of any amount recovered.

The fee for Social Security disability cases is 25% of the past due benefits with a cap of $6,000.00.

The fee for Workers’ Compensation cases is also dependent upon the amount recovered and varies with the benefit that I obtain for you.

My fee contract is always in writing. It is signed by each of us and you receive a copy.

I cannot guarantee that you will win or that there will be any recovery of money. It would be unethical and foolish of me to do so. I can guarantee that I will give my best effort to get you full and fair compensation.
